I don't know if that is true or not, but you and that other person and God knows what is true." If I leave it there, and move on to talk about other Aspects of God's character, it is a blessing to the truthful person and a curse to the lying person, and I am left with zero guilt. When I think of my lies in terms of Isaiah 28:14-19, I feel quite naked.
